  I can't even begin to give this business 1 star. In May, we used his service to have our driveway repaved (blacktop). There were about 6 workers and they completed the job in about 1/2 hour. He said not to park or drive on it for 24-48 hours. For full benefit, we waited 4 full days. The instant we did drive and park on it, it began to leave tire tread marks and pull up in certain areas. So I contacted him to come and fix it, and after receiving very disturbing response, like I was bothering him, he said he would come and look at it. Once he did, he left me a voicemail (which I still have) stating that he realized that it needed repaired and he planned to come out and fix it, once the rain cleared. Week after week for months I have called him, spoke to his assistant, left messages, always very polite. Every once in a while she would tell me he had no intention of calling me back, and then this morning he answered and as I began to speak, he yelled at me, telling me he isn't going to fix the work and hung up on me :( The only reason I still pursue is because I am not sure what the winter weather will do to the driveway and I fear we will have to have it fixed again in the spring. As far as I can tell, his business is not associated with The BBB or anywhere else (which was my first mistake in trusting) to which I can review. I just feel that as a business, they should be held responsible. I am not a customer that's hard to please, I just think that I should have received quality work for the money we paid to have it done.
